ARIZONA...Here we Come!!!

Today we found out our next destination since the project Ragan's been working on for the past 3 years is almost finished. We are heading to THE VALLEY - not quite sure exactly what part but we are working on that. We need to be down there by the end of July. Yes, we have a month!

So, I need some help here please! Anyone that can tell me anything (good, bad, preferences) about specific school districts or elementary schools in Queen Creek, Gilbert, or Chandler areas that would be greatly appreciated!!! Also, any info. on preschools would be helpful too!!!!

Wish us luck! I have a feeling we are going to need it!!! Especially with the HEAT!!! Oh my! :)

Time REALLY Does FLY

Lainie is 4 months old today!

Today she had her first taste of food - besides the Nilla Wafers that Ragan has been sneaking to her when I'm not looking (he was ratted out by the boys - Ha ha!). Her first meal was yummy rice cereal and applesauce. She wasn't too sure, but that only lasted for the first bite. She ate the whole serving and cried when it was gone. Little piggers. She had her 4 month checkup today and weighed in at 12 pounds!!! Yeah! She has moved up to the 25th percentile!

Her 4 month milestones and fun stuff include:

• Sucking her thumb (so cute)


• Grabbing her toes


• She rolls onto her side and then just looks around, really doesn't seem to want to make it to her tummy yet


• She smiles and laughs so cute


• Wakes up only once a night to eat (usually)


• "Talks" a lot more and makes the cutest little noises and sighs


• Kicks and splashes in the bath


• Drank her first bottle


• Loves to go outside - sometimes it's the only way to get her relaxed


• She has very little hair!


• She absolutely adores her daddy


• She loves her brothers and smiles for them all the time


• She has her mom wrapped around her finger


• Some Nicknames we use for Lainie include: Lainie Lou (note: she doesn't have a middle name), Lainie Lou-Who (like on the Grinch movie), Sister, Baby Girl

Lainie has brought so much peace and love into our home! We are so grateful to have her in our family!!! WE LOVE YOU LAINIE "Lou"!

Our Big Boy!

I am one PROUD Mama!!!

Today I was working on the computer and trying to get something done when Logan comes in and says, "Mom, I have to go pee." So I tell him, "Just pee in your diaper." So he's holding his bottom and keeps saying it over and over. Finally, I run with him into the bathroom and he POOPS in the toilet!!!! How HAPPY am I!!! I know we have a way to go, but seriously he is the youngest of our boys to catch on this quick. I'm just so excited, if you can't tell. We called Ragan and shared the exciting news then gave Logan some candy to celebrate!!! (Just had to share the news)
