Ragan is probably going to hate that I am bragging about him, but oh well, he better just get used to having a wife who is in awe of him and his accomplishments.
On Wednesday, Ragan got a call at work from the CEO of his company congratulating him. Ragan WON the Les Albert Supervisory Leadership Award! This is a corporate wide thing - which includes Canada divisions and all of the US districts as well. This award is for the guys in field operations/superintendents and my MAN was chosen!!! This is way COOL, I can't even explain it right. This is the second award that he has won with his company. HE ROCKS!!!!
So, in a few months, Ragan is going to Vancouver to go to meetings and be presented the award. I am just so happy for him and extremely PROUD of HIM, if you can't tell!!!! Anyone want to babysit for a weekend, I'm trying to convince him to take me with him??? :) Seriously!
Okay, I know this is an older pic, but it is one of the few I have that he isn't making a silly face at me - he just loves to have his picture taken. :o But, I just had to show off my handsome husband as I brag about him.

Pigtails. . . I'm LOVIN' IT!!!
Lainie & Aunt Chelsea
So here is my attempt at pigtails. Not as cute as the ones Chelsea did, but I'm learning and practicing almost everyday. :) I've also tried it in just a little single pony tail on top and it's pretty cute too! No pics of that yet.
Pretty in Pink I just love her grin.
I'm loving the girly stuff and I really didn't think that I would. What can I say, having a girl has made me do things, like wear and like pink, I thought I'd never do. :)
I had to post these pics to show you just how useful pigtails can be. Ragan has found a new use for them - binkie holders. That's right, look closely and you will see Lainie's binkie.
The look she gives is classic:
"Dad what have you done to me?" So Sweet and Innocent.

Fun Times in Thatcher
We had so much fun in Thatcher with Ragan's entire family!!! We got to stay a whole week and just played till we dropped. The little boys had fun playing with their cousins - inside, outside, it didn't matter, they just kept on going. The bigger boys had their fair share of fun too - hunting, remote control helicopters and trucks, and nighttime Risk games. The girls got to play too - we went out for lunch, shopping, and hanging out and laughing. It was so much FUN!!!
It snowed in Thatcher one of the days we were there. Here are some of the boys out playing around in snow and sliding on icy cement. (Click on pics to make bigger)

Christmas 2008
Christmas was so much fun this year! The kids are at such a fun age and still believe in the Magic of it all. They were pretty spoiled by Santa so they must have been on the NICE list, despite all of my threats that they weren't going to make it there this year if they didn't behave. This was our first year staying at home on Christmas morning. It was fun taking our time and playing with all of our stuff. We ate a huge breakfast - biscuits and gravy - that my wonderful hubby made. It was a fun morning and then we headed to Thatcher later in the day to celebrate with the Bryce Family.
Here are some pics with some of the gifts we got.
(Click on the pictures to make them larger)
Here are some pics of Nash and his Erector set (the only thing that he begged to get from Santa). Santa and wife stayed up till 3am putting together the Erector set Crane and it was being taken apart within the first 15 minutes into Christmas morning. Nice.
He's just a little excited to get to his presents.
Jacob, who is our car fanatic, got a Lightning McQueen computer (that he has been asking for since Halloween), his car rug with car legos that make Radiator Springs.
Here is Logan playing with his marble run/set as well as his "Spiderman Hotwheel" which is all he asked Santa for. Since Santa has never heard of a Spiderman Hotwheel this is what Logan got and he was so happy. :)
Lainie got her first baby doll, pink of course. She also got a pink giraffe and some cute clothes.
Kissing her baby
Mmm... good present
For the first time in 11 years, I actually surprised Ragan with a Christmas gift - he got an Xbox. I want to say THANKS to Alan, Devin, Mom, and Sonda - I couldn't have figured it all out without you!
Ragan spoiled me as usual with way too much. Here is a pic of the beautiful picture of the Mesa AZ Temple that he got me.
