A Work in Progress!

Here is a shot of our backyard. We have been working very hard at getting it finished. It has been a lot of hard work thanks to the wonderful slope against the back wall. We have spent so many hours doing dirt work and getting our beautiful retaining wall up. Today, Ragan and a few of the guys he works with poured some concrete along the back of the house. We have two of the three sections done now! They did a great job!!! Yeah! We are getting closer!!!! The dirt area where the tools and wheelbarrows are will all be grass! It's going to be so great!

Look at those beautiful slabs! The boys can't wait to get their scooters out there.

The boys got to put their mark on this house, literally! :) They were so excited. Nash even put his own name in.

Go Sharks!!!

Nash had a great soccer game today! We kept our perfect record too! 0 and 5! Yeah Baby! As one of the co-coaches (yes, I'm serious), we really focus on having fun and being a good sport - it is definitely not about winning for us! :) We have some very young players, who are learning and doing great! This is the first year for ALL of our players! We sure are proud of our team!

Here's Nash coming out for a much needed water break!

Here he is going after the ball!

Nash is kicking off for our team, the SHARKS!!!

Here's Nash bringing the ball down the field! He came and scored a goal (our only one for this game)! I am one proud Mom!!!! GO NASH!!!!!

End of game shot! He played so hard and gave it his all! We couldn't be prouder of our little champ! He's grabbing his side because he has a cramp from running so much! We had a fun day of soccer!!!

May 2007

Grandpa and Grandma Brown
came to visit us in Albuquerque in May.
We had a lot of fun hanging out and the boys
sure enjoyed having them here.
Every morning they would just wait in my
room asking when they could go down and
wake up Grandma and Grandpa.
I made them wait till the sun came up.
Silly mom!
