We had such a great time going to the Cowboy Evening Adventure at Bobcat Pass. We went up (about 9800 elevation) on Thursday night for the dutch oven cooking and entertainment. It was some of the best food we have ever tasted - rib eye steak and butterfly chicken with baked potato, cowboy beans, corn-on-the-cob, dutch oven biscuits and cinnamon rolls. Just makes my mouth water thinking about it. We had fun showing the boys how to rope and throw horseshoes. We were entertained by the music next to the campfire. The scenery was incredible. It is most definitely a night we will never forget!
