Lainie is 2!!!

Lainie did it again! She just keeps growing up on me and I can't do a dang thing to stop it.

Lainie is 2 years old!

She had a fun and quiet little birthday with the family and Grandma Brown. She loved her presents and actually ate some cake this year.

So excited to open her gifts

She totally understood the gift part this year.

She loves her "pretties" as she calls

bows, bracelets, anything pretty and girly.

Ripping into another gift.

Grandma Brown gave her in her hair,
yes at the same time.
She was very adamant about it.


Make a Wish Cutie!

It is so fun to watch her grow up and continue in her girly ways - I love how girly she is, which is kind of a shock to me, since I was such a tomboy growing up.

Lainie's Interests at Two Years Old:

• Bows, barrettes, pony tails - anything to make her hair look pretty.
• Bracelets - she loves these kind of "pretties."
• Playing with her babies, my little ponies, or other things she can brush their hair.
• Purses, bags that she turns into purses and her princess shoes. She loves to have the complete outfit going on. She even puts her play keys, cell phone, and my little pony with a brush into her purse. It is too precious!
• Dora - she loves to watch Dora on TV and that is all she requests for cartoons.
• Brothers - she loves to play with her brothers, be wherever they are, pestering, teasing, and just playing with them. They go to bed and she sneaks downstairs into their rooms, climbs on their beds and starts talking and playing with them. Stinker. They adore her and love her so much!
• Daddy!!! She is such a Daddy's Girl! She hears the garage open when Ragan comes home for work, and she starts her little girly run to the door screaming "Daddy! Daddy! Daddy!" in her cute little voice. He scoops her up and she lays a big ole kiss on him before I can even give him a hug. Then I give him a kiss hello and then she has to give him another kiss. It turns into a fun game to see who gets to give Ragan more kisses. She LOVES her Daddy!!!
