Fourth of July

We spent our Fourth of July weekend in Thatcher with the Bryces. We had a lot of fun with everyone!!! We, of course, ate some awesome mexican food, went shopping at my all time favorite place: "Gingerbread House", hung out with family, and just enjoyed every minute of it! On the Fourth, we woke up at the crack of dawn to the cannons going off and hurried to get our kids dressed for the parade. They got to ride with Jenni's family on an old fire engine that her grandpa owns (THANKS Jenni for including our kiddos). The kids had the time of their life - especially Lainie, our little thrill seeker, loved riding on the back of the truck with Ragan. Later in the day, we had a cookout and just enjoyed the nice evening talking - we totally forgot about the fireworks, we were just having too much fun!

Here are some pics of the kids on the fire truck before and during the parade.

Here's the truck.

Yes, Jacob is putting his fingers behind his OWN head.
Who knows...
